Powered Together: Connection, Community, and Big Giveaways!

Your Voice, Your Vote, Your Connection
Governance is at the heart of the cooperative model, and your participation ensures we remain stable, forward-thinking, and rooted in our community. Join us on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the Nemont Gold Garage in Scobey to hear from our leadership.
Continuity and Progress: The Importance of Your Vote
At Nemont, we leverage staggered terms for our Board of Directors to safeguard the momentum of vital, multi-year initiatives, such as our fiber-optic buildouts. This structure ensures a steady leadership team is always in place to see ambitious projects through to completion while remaining open to fresh perspectives.
District 3: Meet the Candidates
This year, members in District 3 will cast their votes for their representative. We encourage you to learn more about the candidates vying for the seat:

Jeff Pattison has served on the Nemont board for ten exciting years. Jeff says, “The challenging telecommunication industry is becoming more important and critical at the same time. Broadband demand, along with the ever-increasing use of cellular data and voice, is rising. The challenge of making an affordable difference for Nemont members, advocating for our way of life and needs in a competitive, changing marketplace is one of my greatest passions.”
Jeff has used his passion to serve and help in numerous capacities, including on the Church board, the Montana Stock Grower Association board, the Conservation District, as a former partner in the Glasgow Stockyards, and as an elected Representative in the Montana Legislature.
Jeff is a third-generation farmer and rancher living on the Milk River north of Tampico. Jeff and Dawn together have been blessed with four married children and twelve grandchildren.
It would be my honor to continue representing all of Nemont’s members. With the changing technological challenges, I understand and respect our need to have affordable, dependable, reliable communications; after all, we are “building more than a network”

Hello, my name is Levi Sugg, and I’m running for a Director position on the Nemont Telephone Co-op Board because I want to give back to the communities that have supported my family for four generations.
For 22 years, I’ve worked as a power lineman in Glasgow. That’s given me firsthand, practical knowledge of the utility industry and the daily operations it takes to keep service reliable for our members. I understand the challenges our crews face in the field and the importance of long-term infrastructure planning, safety, and fiscal responsibility.
My wife and I also own and operate several local businesses: Sugg Properties LLC for long and short-term rentals, Pipers Bar and Casino, Furry Bottom Boarding for pet boarding in Glasgow, and Furry Bottom Merch, an online pet supply store. Running these businesses has taught me how to manage budgets, solve problems, serve customers, and make decisions that balance today’s needs with tomorrow’s growth.
Most importantly, my wife and I are raising three great kids here: our sons Rivers and Rockford, and our daughter Shayne. Nemont isn’t just a co-op to us. It’s the service that connects our homes, our businesses, and our kids’ futures. I’d be honored to put my utility experience and business background to work for all Nemont members.
