SCOBEY, Montana — Just as we invest in advancing our services, Nemont invests in the future of our communities. Today, Nemont is proud to officially announce the recipients of the 2026 Nemont Scholarship Program, awarding a total of $8,000 in educational funding to exceptional local students.
As a community-driven cooperative, we believe supporting the next generation of leadership is vital to keeping Montana strong. This year’s scholarships are distributed regionally across our local service areas to support students pursuing higher education:
- Northeast Montana: Six scholarships have been awarded to outstanding students within our northeastern communities.
- South Central Montana: Two scholarships have been awarded to deserving students within our south-central service area.
“Nemont is built on neighborly trust and local roots,” said Leif Handran, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. “We are incredibly proud of these hardworking students and look forward to seeing the big moves they make in their academic journeys. Investing in their future is the best investment we can make for Montana.”
The entire Nemont team extends our heartfelt congratulations to the 2026 scholarship recipients and wishes them the best of luck in the upcoming school year.
