Manual Upgrade:

Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Prepare Your Email: Have your email address accessible for conversion purposes.
Contact Customer Service: Call us at (800) 636-6680. A customer service representative will guide you through the upgrade process.

iPhone: How To Update to iOS 18

To update your iPhone to iOS 18, ensure your device is compatible and has a stable Wi-Fi connection. Your battery should be at least 50% charged. We also recommend backing up your iPhone before updating it. Go to

If an iOS 18 update is available, tap Download and Install. Enter your passcode, agree to the terms, and wait for the download and installation to complete. Your iPhone will restart automatically once the update finishes. You can enable automatic updates to keep your iPhone up-to-date without manual intervention. Go to:
